The on-line booking system will be able to take bookings up till 4pm for the following day. Any submitted after this time may go through the system, however they may not be processed by the ski hire staff.

Hiring your equipment

We recommend pre-booking equipment, especially during the school holidays to avoid disappointment.  To hire equipment simply scroll down and fill in your details. You will receive an email about your reservation. (Please note this is only a reservation request, you will receive a confirmation email once your request has been confirmed).  You can review your booking by logging in. Bookings must be made before 4pm for the following day. 

Equipment is only reserved for you in until 10am. When you arrive on the day, please bring your booking reference with you to ski hire, join the pre-booking queue where you will confirm your requirements, choose your lift passes and pay for everything at the same time.

Non pre-booked.

If you require equipment but haven't pre-booked, please go down to ski hire on the lower ground floor and fill out a form with all your details. If you require lift passes, these will be issued along with your rental equipment.  We ask you to please be patient, as it can take a little while to set up equipment. Our staff will do this as efficiently and quickly as they can.
